Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Cwupid’s photo-scoring, feedback, Photo Studio, account, and saved-history features.

What Cwupid provides

Cwupid provides experimental predictions and creative feedback about images. A percentile estimates how a reference population responded under the model’s standardized context. It is not a measurement of attractiveness, character, identity, worth, or future success, and it does not guarantee engagement on any platform.

Your photos and account

You retain your rights in photos you upload. You give Cwupid permission to process them only as needed to provide the features you request, including storing a photo when you explicitly save it. You are responsible for having the right to upload each image, choosing a unique password when using password sign-in, keeping your credentials confidential, and maintaining control of your sign-in account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cwupid to violate law or another person’s rights; upload intimate imagery without consent; exploit or endanger a child; identify or make high-impact decisions about a person; probe or disrupt the service; evade security or usage limits; or present an experimental score as an objective judgment about a person.

Availability and changes

The scorer runs on on-demand infrastructure and may take time to start. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued, and provider sign-in may depend on Google, Meta, Apple, Cloudflare, AWS, or OpenAI availability.

Credits, payments, and refunds

Cwupid initially offers one-time credit packs rather than subscriptions. The account billing page shows the current price, credit quantity, usage cost, and safety limits before purchase. Stripe processes payment details; Cwupid grants credits only after a verified Stripe event, never from the browser return page alone. Failed paid actions that return no usable result receive an automatic compensating credit. You may contact cwupid@cwupid.com within seven days to request a refund for a pack whose credits have not been used. Partially used packs, duplicate payments, fraud, and exceptional cases are reviewed individually. Applicable law may provide additional rights.

Disclaimers

Cwupid is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that a score, report, recommendation, saved item, or service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Use your own judgment before acting on any output.

Account termination

You may delete your account at /delete-account. Private photos, reports, credentials, provider links, and sessions are deleted as described in the privacy policy. Minimal payment, credit-ledger, dispute, and security records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
